As of January 1, 2026, our hotel operates under the Full Board concept.
Included in the Concept; Open buffet breakfast, open buffet dinner, and between 15:00 - 16:00, pide-pizza, ayran, fruit juice, and water are included in the price. Depending on occupancy, dinner is generally served as a set menu at the table on weekdays and certain days.
In our meals, we use vegetables and herbs grown in our organic garden and eggs from our coop.
Our breakfast and dinner primarily feature Aegean cuisine, and world cuisine options can be offered for guests upon request.
All dishes at our hotel are prepared using our own organic extra virgin olive oil.

Organic Garden & Coop & Farm

In our meals, we use vegetables and herbs from our organic garden, eggs from our coop, and olive oil, all of which are our own production. All produce in our organic garden is grown from seedlings derived from ancestral seeds found in the remote villages of Mount Ida; these seeds are non-GMO and are still produced using traditional natural methods. We do not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides at any stage of production.
